Gila waktu denger lagu2 itu, gw serasa dibawa lagi ke taun 1998-2003. bener2 energic!
lagu2 rock/metal di taun itu, yang khas adalah hipmetal, yg berarti distorsi gitar yang berat, efek gitar dengan suara aneh2, bass yang simple dan harmoni dengan bass drum, dan yg terakhir beat drum yg bikin pala ngangguk2...

Mereka yang menciptakan musik itu = FANTASTIC. dulu mah pas denger rasanya ampe bosen.

"Ini merupakan band metal pertama yang gw suka. Distorsi dan efek gitar dari Head dan Munky adalah nyawa dari album ini. Di album ini koRn berkolaborasi ama bbrp musisi seperti Ice Cube dan Fred Durst. Dan yang paling asik di lagu All in the Family, Jon Davis battle dengan Fred Durst. You have to listen it dude!
Btw Korn itu band internasional pertama yang gw tonton. Dan gw nonton Sendirian di PRJ waktu itu. Emang keren bgt deh nih Band, sayang skarang formasinya makin gak jelas :("

"RIAN = SLIPKNOT. hehe, pas SMP gw emang dikenal sbg Maggot sejati. Tapi mungkin lo ga tau klo awalnya gw GAK SUKA BANGET ama slipknot. nyanyi tereak2 doang, asal bikin berisik. haha, ya gitulah awalnya gw menilai Slipknot. Tapi setelah liat vclip Spit it Out dan denger lagu Wait And Bleed. Smua berubah. Dari awal yg gak suka ampe jadi fanatik! Btw, lagu Slipknot di album ini msh rada kental suasana hip metalnya. Corey msh sering 'nge rap' atau speed speech atau apapun itu sebutannya. Efek turntablenya pun masih kerasa banget. Tapi selain itu brutalnya pun jg GILA banget. keren abis deh nih album. Sallute for those nine people freaks!"

"Empat orang gila Armenia berkumpul dan bermain musik. Jadilah System of a down! Lirik membahas tentang kritik2 sosial dan politik. Tapi, agak jarang tmn2 gw dulu yang suka album ini. Sayang bgt. Padahal kalo dari segi kualitas album ini bnr2 keren loh!"

byk yg bilang Slipknot makin "memble" dan komersil, justru menurut gw pribadi metal lebih asik klo ada sentuhan komersilnya.. jd ga pure metal. biar enak didengernya. Bosen abis kan klo dgr musik dr awal ampe akhir tereak semuaa.. mending ada selingan2 suara enaknya. Walaupun terkadang gw pengen sih denger yg full scream. btw enjoy lah vidnya!

Mindless Self Indulgence rocking out since... I don't remember about '95 i guess.
It's a long time ago and Faggot was my first favorite song.
electronic instrument that they've made is totally different with others, they're good, original, unique, and they also punk!

Blessed by a Brokenheart plays classic metal melody combined with modern scream --
it's so creative and lots of ENERGY!

CKY plays hard fucking rock, makes your head banging by it self, the beat feels so manly.
